RECONSTRUCTION OF A HOUSE FOR THE MISSION NEW HOME TV PROGRAM

Reconstruction of a house in the village of Kozlovice. The investor was not the owner himself, but the company M&M Development – sponsor of the TV show ‘Mise nový domov’ by Czech TV station ‘TV Nova’. In just 10 days, we were able to completely refurbish a family house with a disposition of 2+kk to a new disposition of 5+1. The owner dreamed that each child would have their own room which we fulfilled. Thanks to the renovation, there is a room for each child as well as a workroom for the owner, who works as a dressmaker.

The house undertook a total reconstruction, which included new wiring, plumbing, heating, roofing, plaster repairs, cladding of the facade with wooden profiles, renovation of windows, etc.

The event was managed and closely supervised by designer Ondra with his foreman Pepa, headed by a popular Czech moderator Terezka Pergnerová. An amazing experience for a wonderful family whose house renovation has certainly changed their lives for the better!
